Jacob is a Mental Health Counselor who is trained in Individual and Marriage Counseling. He received his Masters in Clinical Counseling at Franciscan University.
He has worked with people who experience anxiety or trauma, as well as worked with couples seeking to heal their relationships. He is excited to work with individuals and couples who are seeking a personal counseling experience and a desire to find solutions to their problems.

Meet Rachel! Rachel is Jacob’s Virtual Director of Operations. She lives in Minnesota with her husband, 3 children, and giant black lab, Bear. She enjoys outdoor activities, perfecting Artisan Sourdough Bread, and reading. Rachel studied Psychology in college and has extensive experience in management, specifically in medical practices, and has proven to be a wonderful addition to this practice.

Johnathan is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. He graduated from Franciscan University with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling. Having worked with a variety of individuals from different ages and backgrounds, Johnathan has experience treating symptoms such as anxiety, depression, addiction, psychosis, and trauma. Johnathan’s approach to counseling is one of mindfulness, focusing on living in the present moment and accepting all of our emotions. He strives to walk with clients on their journey through life, providing tools to be used to help endure the struggles that life presents.them

Mary is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Social Work from Franciscan University. She brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her work, supporting individuals across the lifespan with a particular passion for working with teenagers and young adults.
Mary has experience helping clients navigate a wide range of challenges, including life transitions, anxiety, trauma, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disabilities. She creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to be vulnerable, develop healthy relationships, and explore their emotions authentically.
Believing that no one should have to face difficulties alone, Mary emphasizes connection and empowerment in her therapeutic work. She supports clients in taking small, manageable steps toward growth and healing. Her therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Focused CBT.

Mckenzie has worked with both individuals and couples of various backgrounds, aiding clients through a holistic lense that encompasses the mind, body, and soul of an individual. Through journeying hand in hand, Mckenzie aims to compassionately work with clients to create life enhancing outcomes.

Kimbria is a nationally certified counselor who will work under supervision and receive her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville in May. She is passionate about providing collaborative care through helping clients find healing, build self-understanding, and make values-based decisions to create a fulfilling and meaningful life. She believes that even in life’s most difficult seasons, there is the potential for growth, clarity, and purpose. Her approach supports clients in embracing both joy and suffering as part of the human experience, walking alongside them on their journey.
