A. Hero Stories as Inspiration:
– Participants will read books and explore stories about heroes. These stories will help
they identify with the hero’s characteristics, including:
– Strengths
– Weaknesses
– Vices
– Virtues
– By examining these traits, participants will see how they relate to their own experiences and challenges.
Participants will design their own “hero”—a vision of their ideal selves. This process will
involve:
– Evaluating their own struggles and obstacles.
– Recognizing their talents and abilities.
– Analyzing their current belief systems.
Using the insights gained, participants will:
