What can I expect in my first session?

Is counseling confidential?
Yes, all sessions are confidential, respecting your privacy and ensuring a safe space for open dialogue.
How do I know if counseling is right for me?
If you’re seeking personal growth, clarity, or support through challenges, counseling can be a beneficial step.
Do you take insurance?
We are a self-pay practice with a flat rate of $90 per session. However, we understand that insurance coverage may be a concern for some clients. Here are several ways we can assist:
- Superbills for Insurance Reimbursement
While we do not bill insurance directly, we provide superbills, which are detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.- The process is simple: we email you the superbill, and you forward it to your insurance company.
- We are also exploring the option to submit the superbill on your behalf directly to your insurance, with your permission, to save you time.
- Medical Cards
We accept medical cards, including SHA cards (checking medical cards), as payment. - Payment Plans
We offer flexible payment plans to make our services more accessible:- For example, you could pay $40 per week and schedule sessions accordingly.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer that specializes in helping individuals of all levels achieve their fitness goals. After battling with suffocating anxiety I introduced myself to exercise with the determination that my anxiety would no longer consume my everyday life. Exercise did more than just that; it fueled a passion in me that now presents me with the opportunity to inspire every individual I encounter. Being a Personal Trainer is not just about physical health, but about cultivating a positive mindset. My approach focuses on designing tailored workout plans to challenge your body while also encouraging you to strengthen your mental health. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) for seven years. As difficult as it can be some days to show up for ourselves, my job as a Trainer is to hold you accountable and motivate you to see the good inside yourself.
So let’s unleash your potential and build a healthier lifestyle together!
